After the introduction of the Electras and F-27s, and later on the 727/DC-9, what route network did TAA operate their Viscount fleet on?

Also, were they all-economy (tourist), all-first or mixed class?

In 1963 everywhere! Basically all over the eastern half of the country from Darwin/Townsville to Hobart. They were not being operated to Perth by then.
For Nov 1956 see:
http://www.timetableimages.com/ttimages/complete/tn56/ (includes ADL-PER Viscount service)
For a complete timetable from 8 Nov 1963 see:
For 27 August 1965 see:
For May 1967 PNG services see:
http://www.timetableimages.com/ttimages/complete/tn67p/ (includes Viscounts to LAE! (That was news! L188s I knew about)
Various timetables use Viscount & Super Viscount. I assume that refers to 700 series & 800 series respectively.

By mid 1969 viscounts had been relegated to Melbourne - Canberra - Sydney (that is all Canberra was seeing at the time apart from the odd L188 and F27), 1 service a week Melbourne-Alice Springs via Adelaide, a weekend service Sydney-Coolangatta, the Melbourne - Wynyard - Devonport run (twice daily), and some weekend services Melbourne - Launceston - Hobart. It was all downhill from there. Melbourne being Essendon as Tulla did not operate domestics untill Jun 71.

2 interesting flight routings in this timetable:
Flt TN458 Sun Sydney-Brisbane- a direct F27 service!!
Flt 458 Alt Wednesday Sydney - Mt Isa - Darwin, (op by the Viscount).

remember the t shirt "I own an airline"on the front - "qantas" on the back
