Name all the A330's that fly to the Caribbean. What Airline. Where they come from and what island do they fly to?

I know one.

Canada 3000's non-stop A330-200 service from Toronto to Port of Spain Trinidad every Wednesday.

US Airways A330-300 PHL-SJU...running daily at the moment. However with each schedule change they seem to play around with the schedule. For a while it was weekends only, then they took it off the route altogether. Now it's back again running daily flights. Since I think they use it as a certification-type flight for new A330's they probably only run it when they have a new plane online.

Premiair and Novair A330/200s also fly to Cancun & Puertoplata from Stockholm ARN and Oslo.

Also I think Airtours & Monarch fly from UK to Carribean with A330/200.
