Thai AirAsia will fly to CCU and DEL from BKK from 1st December. Flights to CCU will be daily and flights to DEL will be 4 times a week.
(i) BKK - CCU

FD 3783 CCU - BKK 1220 1640
CCU has daily flights each served by IT (A321), 9W (B738), TG (A333) and 4 weekly flights by AIX.
(ii) BKK - DEL
FD 3782 BKK - DEL 1905 2240
FD 3783 DEL - BKK 2330 0515+1
DEL has - double daily TG (B744 + B773), daily each by CX(A333/A343), 9W (B738), AI (A321); 6 weekly by IT(A319). 9W will shortly announce a second daily on DEL -BKK as well.
The various Air Asia operations in India are as follows:
(i) Air Asia X: DEL (daily A333), BOM (4 weekly A333)
(ii) Air Asia Sdn Bhd: TRZ (10 weekly), MAA/CCU/BLR/COK (daily each), HYD (4 weekly), TRV (3 weekly); all are A320s to KUL. In addition to the above AK also operates a 4 weekly MAA - PEN flight.
The Total Air Asia flights to India will be 71 flights per week.

Interesting, I assume DEL will soon be upped to a daily flight as well by Thai Air Asia - the rise of connectivity to BKK from DEL is astounding over the past two years from AI, 9W and TG having a single flight each. Now there are flights spread out across the day - night - TG, 9W, IT / morning TG, CX (maybe 9W's second service) and afternoon - IC but still surprised that all the Indian carriers use narrow-bodies on BKK sector, but then again none of them have invested in 'regional' wide-body aircraft
