AFP reports that the recent brutal bankruptcy of French VIP charter company Blue Line has raised some suspicions.
A judge is to investigate the circumstances of the bankruptcy. Mis-management is cited.
Blue Line operated charter flight for high profile customers such as the group U2 and the French national football team.

This company had also a lot of contract with the french government. I saw at least once a flight full of «Roms» leaving CDG-T3 to Bucharest in fall 2009.
Blue Line had its metal parked in front of my office: I am not sure if it was mis-managed but they were more parked than flying....especially the U2 scheme MD-80, on its side the A310 had corrosion problems apparently

Very true - the fleet of MD-80's looked more like a permanent exhibit near T3 rather than a fleet of operational aircraft.

In your haste of making average humor, you took Blueair (Romanian charter) for Blue Line (French bankrupt)
It was Blue Line without any doubt because the counter advertised the Blue Line flight to Bucharest and outside were parked MD-87 and F-100. More than that I was with a friend from Paris who knew exactly what happened at that time

Thanks for telling me what is going on at the airport I am working at....
Is your friend working for the government? if yes tell him to send me an email
The MD-80 and the Fokker were MOST OFTEN parked there anyways!
Now you're going to tell me I didn't see correctly from my office window?
Plus, there was a controversy here about French gvt paying the Romanian carrier Blueair to do the job, maybe ADP in their stupidity displayed Blueline but it was not the case

My friend is an aviation enthusiast who is editing some aviation stuff. The thing that I am sure about is that there was
a flight departing for Bucharest with a load of Romanian people. All the available personnel at the T3 was requested for that flight. I was requesting assistance for me because I have backache and nobody was available to help me. At the counter for these people it was advertised a Blue Line flight. Other than that, I don.t know.

Okay, that's much better!
If you saw the Blue Line flight displayed at T3, first that was useless as it was not an "open" flight since all paxes were already "checked in"...and second I suspect a mistake to be compared to what happened once at CDG 2A where a "secret" flight from TN, chartered by the UK army from a UK base, was shown as "landing" on screens to the public and nobody understood what it meant
