Well, it isn't the quantum leap improvement we were hoping for, but a much-needed upgrade nonetheless. Still bare-bones in look, but there's quite a few improvements. The beige patterned background is gone (thank goodness). Instead, a pleasant, but not overbearing Flash-based pictorial of both ORD and MDW now greets you on the homepage in addition to the non-Flash content section. The menus and section layouts have been redesigned. In many cases, ORD and MDW info are now listed together rather than in separate sections like before. And, very importantly, it now renders correctly in modern web browsers like IE8, Firefox, and Chrome.
I guess they finally upgraded from FrontPage 2000 to Expression Web 3.

I don't get it -- it's worse rather than better.
Even the Edward "Butch" O'Hare pictures are gone.
"Terminal Tunes????"
Really? People **demanded** to know what elevator music was playing in which terminal and at what time?
Just a sampling of what ORD website will never become. I contacted them a while back and the representative who responded defended this disgrace of a website and said that a much anticipated "Update" would be coming shortly. I think I'll wet myself.
