Given the merger will UA be sending it's 767 to GIG non-stop on it's usual seasonal in 2011? Or will all GIG traffic be sent to Houston or to TAM ?

UA currently operates IAD-GRU-GIG daily (B772) and code-shares with TAM on the service.

No. UA temporarily leased those frequencies to US so that US may start GRU service. UA will still serve GIG nonstop from IAH and via GRU from ORD and IAD.

Which usual seasonal service? The seasonal nonstop flight for 3 weeks around New Year or the real seasonal service that existed until IATA Winter 2008/09?

Well, there is nothing stopping UA from flying the seasonal service even without those frequencies. During the high seasons, US airlines may apply for extra-bilateral frequencies on routes they already operate. That includes the rights to IAD-GIG nonstop. CO operated IAH-GIG nonstop and AA JFK-GIG nonstop from Mid-December 2008 through the end of February 2009 with these kind of rights. They also become available for the July high season AFAIK.
