Looks like flight #618 today from KPHX to KDEN diverted to KPUB and circled in a hold. Weather is clear here in DEN today other than some wind. Aircraft on this flight is an Airbus A319-100

Flight is now scheduled KPUB-KDEN now..

Does anyone know what is up with this flight?

Quoting N737MC (Thread starter):
Weather is clear here in DEN today other than some wind.

Current winds are 270 at 22 gusting 31. This is causing spacing issues that are causing DEN to hold flights for upwards of 60 minutes.
