News just appearing of this after a reported threatening phone call.

SALT LAKE CITY — Fox 13 News has learned that a Skywest plane has landed away from the terminal at the Salt Lake City International Airport after a security threat.

Skywest is describing the threat as an "incendiary device."

Not anything much different on any of the other SLC news sources, yet.

My daughter is currently on a trip, so I wonder if she knows about this or may be even on this flight? I used to be able to pull up her schedule but for some reason, I no longer can.

Sounds to me like yet another one of those fake phone-in bomb threats. Some people just like causing chaos and I'm sure somewhere someone is getting a sick thrill out of this. I may end up eating crow, but I'll make a prediction: There never was a bomb. Someone's just being a jack***.

..spot on, the update on the Fox website says no bomb, everyone on the flight questioned by FBI, luggage sniffed by explosives trained dogs etc. So some idiot caused chaos and disrupted the day for a bunch of folks.
