Is There An Airline Named "aircompany Vichi" ?

A friend of mine recently bought a safetycard from an airline called "Aircompany VICHI"... This card is of an Ilyushin Il-18 - as the card looks in some way "home made" we are not sure if this airline is really existing !? Does anyone know about this company ?
