This has become a very busy market too.

From JFK:

Air France (3 daily)
Delta (2 daily)
American (2 daily)
TWA (1 daily)

From EWR

Air France (1 daily)
Continental (2 daily)

I wonder what will happen to TWA's JFK-Paris route.
My guess is that American will go double-daily 777
to absorb TWA's market share and discontinue the
TWA service very soon.

American is now flying one 777 and one 762/763
on that route.

I think UA also wanted to receive rights to fly JFK-CDG. The TW924/925 will most likely fade away within time. I don't see AA putting on another flight for it's replacement.

Delta actually has one flight from JFK and AF four. DL will be adding another flight next year. I would suspect that TW will pull out which will be good for DL/AF and CO because they were the price discounter in this lane.

Actually
From JFK :
AF 4xday (2@744, 2@777)
DL 1xday (@763)
AA 2xday (@777, 763)
TW 1xday (@763)

From EWR :

CO 2xday @777,764

UA was granted with JFK-CDG services, but I don´t now the reason they haven´t started.

NYC-PAR is USA-Europe second most important route with over 1000 passengers every day.

I think that UA actually used their allotment to code share with LH via FRA to CDG. That should have netted them around two passengers a day. Smile
