Future Business Routes From JFK By US Airlines?

Just curious as to know if there are any plans by American or Delta to add more routes to major business markets such as cities in Asia, or the Middle East? I know Asian and Middle Eastern carriers do offer routes to these destinations from JFK, but it would be nice to see a US carrier in the mix
