OK, I'm stumped. I briefly glimpsed a MD-11F departing ATL around 16:30 local time on 29 November. The aircraft showed a basic "Eurowhite" style paint scheme, with white fuselage and bright yellow tail. At a distance, the tail logo resembled "stacked boxes" similar to that of Cargolux or (long-gone) German Cargo.

Bingo, thanks for that Josh. I got the impression of an all-white fuselage, because the lower portion of the fuselage was obscured from my view (speeding by on I-85).
I wonder what this bird was doing in ATL. Centurion doesn't appear to serve ATL on a scheduled basis - so maybe a wet-lease or just an ad hoc service.

Going off of the FlightAware link, they've been doing a once a week HHN-ATL service for the last few weeks. What's odd is that I cannot find any return flights from ATL-HHN by them and the ATL-MIA is the only other flight from them I can track down.
Considering that nobody else flies HHN-ATL passenger or cargo (they all use FRA), this is probably some short term service on behalf of someone.

A lot of military charters as far as troop movement go through HHN, so maybe they are transporting military equipment to and from the gulf region.
