JAL 408 Diverting To ARN Right Now!

Looking at the flight radar I see that JL 408 (FRA-NRT) is on approach to ARN.

Anyone know what the problem is?

jal.com is not showing any details. Give the fact they are showing a departing time from ARN I guess is a medical diversion.

Just a guess , perhaps crew was going to go over hours and they had to fly some in from a JL crew base in Europe ?
