Drunk With A Difference!

On Saturday morning at Manchester, a drunk 17 year old boy was found onboard a Britannia 757 which had been parked on stand 201 since the evening before. It seems he scaled a fence at the side of terminal 2 near the Raddisson SAS hotel, walked onto the aircraft and then proceded to cause £1800 of damage to the aircraft whilst drunk. He was found by a cleaner and ran off, but was then arrested by the police after being found wandering around the apron!

Because aircraft are in a secure area they are not locked.

I wonder if he drank the little bottles of liquor? Those are not normally stored on the aircraft.

As far as I know there was some damage on the flightdeck and in the cabin but I couldn't say exactly what he damaged. The plane had to undergo a detailed examination before it could fly out in the morning though.

Its likley that he raided the bars on the aircraft. I think the Bar seals were broken when he was discovered. Alpha obviously didn't offload the bars when the plane arrived in the evening.

It would also appear that someone forgot to close the doors behind them.
