The Transportation Department said Monday it acted after getting complaints that JetBlue Airways Corp. didn't provide required help such as wheelchairs, mechanical lifts, or ramps for disabled passengers getting on and off its planes. The Transportation Department also said JetBlue failed to tell passengers that some flights would be operated by the airline's partner Cape Air instead of by JetBlue.

Flown over 120,000 miles and I'm only 20!
