Gulfstream has applied to be the carrier for all EAS cities in Montana, and proposes to establish a regional maintenance base in Billings. They want all 7 cities or none at all in their proposal.

nah, I don't think their load factors out of Montana are anything to write home about (like their former STL routes). I think Gulfstream would do better in Montana with a Billings hub rather than the Great Lakes Montana - Denver flights.
