Just wanted a complete overview of flights that are operated by Air Canada aircraft that do not have the XM makeover, i.e. PTV, Electrical Outlets, and etc.

Off the bat,

Vancouver-Honolulu
Calgary- Honolulu

AC's website contains the following note in the 763 seat map section:

Please note: New cabin interior - featuring personal touch-screen TVs or lie-flat Executive First Suites - is not available on select flights operated by three B767-300 (763) aircraft between certain Canadian cities and Athens, Barcelona, Cancun, Dublin, Honolulu/Oahu, Kahului/Maui, Montego Bay, Punta Cana, Santa Clara and Varadero. (This list is subject to change without prior notice). Please select Layout 4 at left to view original cabin interior offered on these routes.

According to AC's website, there are 3 non-XM 763s and 2 non-XM A319s.

I would be interested in knowing the exact routes of the A319s, which also seem to be all Y class. I would assume they would be utilized on southern routes such as to CUN. However, what would happen to them in the summer when they aren't competing against Transat charters? I'm sure there would be quite a few disgruntled business passengers if one of them showed up on YUL-YYZ or something...
