What Cramped Is The TG's Seat!

I flied Thai on B777-300 last month, almost died from cramped!!

I fly TG's 773 quite frequently on long haul flights, and I get painful knees and legs too.. I believe it may be because the seat is too hard, pressing your legs too much.

They may or may not be replacing the seats in the 773 soon as part of the fleet enhancement program.

Anyway, TG is a great airline, so hope your next experience is a better one  Smile

I thought the same as I am a cleaner I have not have to go through the pain ofsitting in those horrible seats yet.

I reakon there is more leg room in an NZ domestic 733.

Hope they replace it as they announced. This poorly configured 777 fleet is destroying Thai's reputation.

Even the biz class seats are not impressive at all.

It has to be har seats since TG offers a pitch of 34" which is great. But I have heard that the seats , which looks so nice, are too hard

The seats are quite hard indeed, also the headrests. But the legroom is not bad, I think it feels small because the seat itself is really thick.

I think Thai tried very hard to improve its 773s from the 772s (which had a 3-4-3 Y Class) but I think they chose the "less comfortable" seat...

But the service is quite good! I've just chosen them for my trip to Thailand/ Taiwan/ Hong Kong and Korea! looking forward!
