The first 742F of CX will be retired next week. The aircraft will be ferried to Xiamen. This may be because of the very poor loads they are getting.

Indeed, I was in HK a short while ago and all the freighters were grounded! I thought it may have been a mechanical grounding or something...

If you go to the hkairport.com site and check the freighters you will see about two CX freighter flights per day that are cancelled.

The Air China is also cancelled sometimes, along with some of the UPS and FedEx flights.
