In the saga over whether staff should be employed on Irish or French contracts and pay French social security and taxes, it seems that MOL has come up against a brick wall. He is now reported to be shutting down the Marseille hub and relocate planes to Spain, Italy and Lithuania where it seems the authorities are more accommodating.
