BBB Accreditation Of U.S. Airlines - Why Only 3?

Looking at the BBB's U.S. website, it appears that only three major airlines (Delta, Southwest, and AirTran) are BBB Accredited Businesses. Is there any particular reason why?

Strangely, DL has the highest number of complaints (likely due to the fact that many are simply biased against DL for no particluar reason), yet is a BBB Accredited Business.
