Yep the M stands for Mixed Pax and Cargo........I heard that the Air Canada 747-400's are the heavest Combis flying today can you people tell me if this is true?

I think that 747-400C is Cargo and 747-400M is Mixed Combi.

Nope, 744F is Cargo and 744C is combi, but i guess M is combu as well.

Lufthansa has 4 B747-230B(M)'s and 7 B747-430(M)'s.

The M variant would mean Quick Change operation,when the aircraft can be either used for combi mode or passenger mode.
