So ive heard from about 8 people now starting FEBRUARY FED EX A300, A310 and Boeing 757's will be serviced by Monarch engineering so get used to seeing the American Cargo operator in and out regularly for the next year or so.

FEB 1st is apparently an A300..

Allthough I already saw an A310 there last week..

Just a heads up anyway for anyone interested.. good stuff!

I remember they did CO 757's for a short while maybe about 10 years ago.

I guess it will just be the CF6's only on the 'buses and I believe most (all?) the acquired 757's are RR which they have lots of experience on - incl some former ZB birds, will be a nice sentimental feeling for the mechs who thought they had said goodbye forever

Incidentally, do ZB even do the mx of the AB6's at LTN? I thought they were done at MAN.

Nice for LTN anyway, makes a change from all those exotic bizjets...   Wonder if they may think about some cargo flights too in the future?

Yeah those CO 757's were waaaaaaaaaay back lol

Apparently some will have engines Monarch engineering isnt used to working on so.. could be anything.. I was just told expect a A300 on feb 1st and an A310 the same week.. but yeah like you say we could do with the variation in the airliner department.. at the moment its just wizz..ezy jet.. wizz.. ezy jet.. wizz.. ezy jet.. lol

Cant complain to much though MNG A300's, DHL A300's now fedex
