Is This Just A Flightaware Error?

I saw this on Flight Aware and it doesn't make any sense. I was just wondering if this is a real flight and what its story may be. A Delta 737-300 - flying from the South Pacific? Going to Kennedy?

Delta no longer has any 737-300s so it has to be an error. While FlightAware is a great website it is definitely known to produce errors.
