All it is, just upgrade of their existing relationship from last year now that Mexico is back to Cat-I.
Aeromar Mexico Signs Mileage Partnership With CO (by LAXintl Aug 30 2010 in Civil Aviation)

Historically UA and Aeromar have had partnerships, and don't necessarily see this leading to Star.
