Cebu Pacific's A319, RP-C3190 is still at Puerto Princesa after a landing incident on 11th January. The aircraft reportedly "burst a nose gear tyre" when landing (on the runway lights).
How come it's been there so long? Do Cebu Pacific have such under-utilisation that it's not important?

I was in Puerto Princesa Monday and the a/c was still in the small hangar, but was being worked on. I did notice that they were changing out the left rear main tires, so perhaps the problem was not just restricted to the nose gear.
