The owner and manager of Frankfurt airpot (FRA), Fraport, is looking to hire about 2,000 people for several operational areas in Frankfurt.

According to a press release (up to now only in German) Fraport and several subsidiaries are looking to hire people for handling, security and cleaning services. The CEO Stefan Schulte names the positive business environment and a travel increase as reasons.

Another piece of good news for Frankfurt and the German economy in general.
