Did a quick search and saw nothing...
I know they are a low cost airline etc. but they have hubs in much of Europe and wondered whether or not they would ever consider starting up connections such as LTN - GRO then GRO - LCA, probably too much hassle when there are so many charter flight etc. to so many places in Europe.

Why would they? Point to point is far easier and cheaper. Miss your flight? Your fault. Miss your connection due to late arrival? Reaccomodation on the next flight, which means hassle and cost for the company.
For the record, they do not have 'hubs' as such, precisely because they do not offer connections. This is why they have bases.

I don't think they would and I think the main reason is that people check bags and they do not want to deal with transfers (bringing all the bags to the arrivals is easier than separating them), and if a flight is delayed they need to rebook you and that is another hassle that would take an agent away from their crazy compact schedules.
I do though wish they would allow you to book connections if you did not have a bag checked, and maybe they could get a hidden fee out of it (like 5€ for every connection) and require at least 90min connection times to avoid a delayed flight and having to rebook someone.
