Unfortunately, the KC-135 scheduled to come to KCLE never made it yesterday, so needless to say, I was dissappointed. I was just about to give up, when all of a sudden, I see a smokey four engined aircraft descending to runway 6R. I look through my binoculars to see if it's the KC-135, but it wasn't. I look closer, it's a Lockheed C-130!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I never seen one in person, let alone at KCLE! The C-130 parked over by Concourse A by the US Airways gates. The cargo ramp was opened and the airport personel loaded something into the plane. In less than 15 mins. the engines were restarted and he left. There weren't many spotters at KCLE yesterday, so this event was basically unnoticed.
