Is anyone familiar with Central's flight tech program? It looks like a good one, its not too far from me, and they have a hiring program with Horizon Air.
If anyone has had any experience with Central's flight tech program, please fill me in. As much as I'd like to move as far away from my parents as possible for college...err- a school not very far from home would be nice (I'd really like to check out WMU or UND, but thats kinda far away).

It's a small program but if you're gonna waste your time with a degree in aviation....it's fairly inexpensive since you live in WA. They got a grant several years ago that allowed them to buy some pretty nice sims for the size of program they run. You have to do all your flying at Midstate aviation in ELN which is expensive by eastern WA standards but cheaper than most 4 year programs. Don't know what else to tell you....I don't really know anyone who has gone there recently.

Hi,
a friend on mine who lives in Federal Way wrote that he is going to go there soon. I can give you his email-address if you would like to contact him.
All the best,
regards from Frankfurt,
Ivica

You are so into politics and stuff....you should get a degree in a subject you like besides flying....the airlines don't care what your degree is in.
