The reliable GDS sources even display TA/LR SJO-JFK 3x weekly after April 14.
This route has been reduced from daily to thrice a week and that pattern doesn't seem to be attractive for travelers, taking into account how CO SJO-EWR 21x weekly has the power in such segment. By the way, AA JFK-SJO 5x weekly with 757 doesn't appear anymore from April 03.
Guatemala City lost the non-stop service TA SAL-GUA-JFK and all their operations seems to be concentrated now in San Salvador offering TA SAL-JFK 10x weekly and TA SAL-SAP-JFK 2x weekly.
It's noteworthy to mention the fares on TA/LR SJO-JFK by the end of 2010, being almost the half of the regular price on CO SJO-EWR. That said so much about any possible suspension on TA/LR SJO-JFK.

It's still showing in the website, picked random dates in May and got the nonstop flights... There has been a major update last weekend as fare classes were realigned to Star Alliance's standards (a complete change of chip for me -- no more T class for award tickets?! ). Not all flights were updated at the same time, perhaps that was one of the last flights to update and that's why it was not showing in the availability display...
