What is Comair being paid per hour to fly the CRJ-200, CRJ-700, and CRJ-900?

What is American Eagle being paid per hour to fly the ERJ-145, CRJ-700, and ATR-72?

I ask because both majors claim to be paying both market rates. The market's going rates have taken a serious beating in the last two years. Are the purchasers of these airlines going to be paid the same rates or less?
