Any News To Report On The US/DL Slot Swap?

Is there any news to report about the proposed DL/US DCA/LGA slot swap? Any rumors or wild speculation? There's hardly been anything for months now.

It's still in limbo I think. My guess is they're waiting on this WN/FL deal because that would change the presence of certain carriers at LGA/DCA (I think)


Ironically I have never flown a Delta MD-90 :)
