Since jetstar.com's flt skeds as well as fleet data are outdated, this could be wrong. But 3K only recently began flying SIN-AKL daily. Is this 332 3K's own ? If so, does that mean that this single frame, at present, is being utilized 20.6hrs per day ?

The AKL sked is
3K 401 SIN 1950 - 1055+1 AKL D 332
3K 402 AKL 1225 - 1800 SIN D 332

To answer my own question, the aircraft are JQ's ones. At any given time they have two of them based at SIN. One flies AKL, the other to MEL - rotating. It seems one frame does four consecutive AKL runs a week. Not bad at all. Honestly surprised how liberalized the regulations are, for 3K to op VH- a/c.

That's not liberalisation, 3K simply wet lease JQ's aircraft with pilots. Cabin crew are 3K however.

Still requires approval from SIN regulatory authorities.
