According to the Boeing website, the 747-400F has a maximum takeoff weight of 875,000 lbs., an typical operating empty weight of 365,530 lbs., and 284870 lbs. payload. These work out to 396,900, 165,800 and 129,210 kg respectively.
So, for cargo weight it can carry 284870 lbs or 129210 kg, in a total freight volume of 27467 cubic feet or 777.8 cubic meters.

According to info on the Boeing website, the 747-100 freighter could take about 100 tons (90,000 kg) of cargo. The 747-400 freighter can take around 300,000 lbs (130,000 kg +) of cargo.
