Hey everyone! Can anyone describe US Airways' service on the Boeing 757, Fokker 100, and Airbus A319? Additionally, is it true that the 757s have no IFE?

The 757's have ife on the long-haul segments. The F100's are fun and like to bump around in the sky and the 319's are fresh and nice but too 'corporate-like' inside. All that grey and new seats make it look weird.

Hey,

Ive been on US AIRWAYS 757-200 last year from Charlotte to Fort. Lauderdale. Its a great aircraft. Roomy and all the seats inside are grey. Aircraft cabin is bright. Nice aircraft and very powerful.

The F-100 is one of my favorite planes. VERY quiet. As for service, in coach you mainly get drinks and USAirways snack mix.....a fine combination of ranch bagel chips, pretzles, and cheese crunches. I have been on most of USAirways' F-100's.

The best thing about the US 757 configuration is that the coach cabin is split into two sections. No endless tube syndrome like on other airlines. The lavs are in the middle of the plane just before the 3rd door.

And they do have IFE. There are television screens every so many rows. Unfortunately, no seat back video.

Thanks to everyone who responded. So if I was flying SNA-PIT and PIT-SNA, I would most likely get IFE on a 757 because this would be considered long-haul?

Thanks again,

RWally
