Do aircraft in other parts of the world use the ILS system ? other precision approaches? Just curious-- looking at the tu-154 cockpit
photos I didnt see the VOR/LOC/GS -- maybe I just missed it.

Also interesting, couldn't find any tu-154's at US airports ( but i only went throught the first 5 pages of photos...)

Yes, aircraft in "other" parts of the world use ILS and GPS approaches, and I would guess the Tu-154 would have some type of prescision approch aboard considering it is a long range airliner. I can tell you since the Tu-154 is a Russian type so no US airline in its right mind would order the Tu-154.

Qoute: "I can tell you since the Tu-154 is a Russian type so no US airline in its right mind would order the Tu-154. "

Allow me to remind you that Tu-154 is the fastest passenger a/c after Concorde...

So? His quote is still true. No U.S. airlne will ever order the Tu-154. Besides it being Russian it is also heavy as shit and consumes way too much fuel.
