Discovered the attached photo of the Omni 777 and will admit that it looks great in their colors. Now we just need to see some interior pictures. What is the capacity and is it 10 abreast?

Looks great! For those that are curious, this aircraft was formerly N789UA with United.

CH-Aviation shows another 772 in their fleet, former UA N790UA (stored at MZJ)

These two planes were also with Air India, VT-AIL and VT-AIJ

Is the fuselage paint used the same as what was inherited from the NWA final scheme aircraft?

The colors maybe similar, but it is of the own design. They went to it a couple years back.

United had 2-5-2 - it is likely that they didn't change that.
Typically - they retain the interiors of their previous owners.
I know own of the 10's I worked was totally Lufthansa on the interior.

I tend to believe so, guess they liked the combination when they acquired those NW DC-10s. I must agree with them!

Does Omni keep the first class and business too? If so, they are gonna be VERY comfy!

The plane looks great in Omni colors! I never thought we would see Omni with 777's!

Inside everything was still in place, but business and first were about to the removed AFAIK.

I flew on a chartered OMNI 767-300 from Norfolk to Naples, Italy. The crew was really friendly, but the seats were not the best. They were reddish maroon leather and the leg room, was, well, cramped. That flight was configured in an all Economy seating; I don't recall how many it carried.

Great looking 777!

That's interesting. I could of swore that Transaero was getting the former Air India and United birds.

Can't wait to see it in person someday. Also, IMO the livery looks waaaaay better on a 772 than on the DC-10. I barely recognized it actually lol.
