Hello all
I was just wondering if all governments from any country who is visiting another country they get same treatment as US president when arriving and departing that they close the airspace for several mins and having a police or secret service agent escorts on the runway and taxi ways for take off or landing? I was just listening to ATC on youtube for AF1 at YOW preparing for take off and other youtube you can see police escort and secret service agent running down the runway beside AF1. here's the two links

It depends entirely on the two countries involved and what was agreed to before the state visit. This treatment doesn't even always happen when the POTUS arrives in a country. Sometimes, it's clandestine.

It definitely depends on the two countries as well as any possible security threats. For the POTUS, security is always higher than for others coming into the same situation.
