Have there been any recent AN-148 deliveries? Or has the crash of the demo flight with Myanmar Air Force slowed things down? I was looking at CH-Aviation and it looks like only VV and FV have it in operation, but it also lists YQ as having one registered but not delivered. Also the "trusty" Wikipedia page for CU says they have 3 on order, but I do not see it on the CH-Aviation page for the AN-148. Did CU order it, maybe as a replacement for their Yak 42s?

I also read something about CU order 2/3 years ago. An-148 should replace their Yak-42.

According today's aviaport.ru article, polet (flight) airlines will receive the first passenger An-148 in September (and also a new Il-96-400 freighter).

Polyot will receive their first one soon. The aircraft has had 5 test flights so far (last one the day before yesterday).

Soon Polyot and Myanmar Air Force as well.

Will Polet be using these to replace their fleet of An-24, Saab 340 and Saab 2000? Or new routes? It will be nice to see the freighter Il-96, but I thought they cancelled that program, or was it for the pax version only?

Any news about the reliability issues that were a big problem on the first An-148s? Have they been resolved now?

That is what I thought. I remember reading a magazine a while back which stated that the Il 96 program was canceled due to lack of sales. But I am not sure if it was just the pax version.

But if you are going to build the cargo version why not build the pax version?

Here is the link (in Russian but you can translate it with google)

A fourth Il-96-400 cargo will be added to their fleet as well as their first passenger An-148.

Yes they have been resolved and at FV they are the most reliable type after the A32X series. (so before the 735 and 763).

Pax -96-400 was cancelled. The cargo version is flying already and quite succesfully even!
