Yeah, most if not all charter flights are carrying edelweiss flightnumbers as that's the charter division of LX, even though a lot of the flights are actually operated by us and not Edelweiss. I don't know why exactly, but it surely must have something to do with cost structures.

^Just landed about 5 mins ago.. crappy sky as always but nice to see a different airline.
Edelweiss A330 would have been sweeeet! I remember when they started up im sure LTN was one of their first destinations with the MD80s.. thats when I was tiny small.

Indeed Luton is ideally placed with a huge large catchment area, Unfortunately the lack of investment means we will never fullfill the potential we have. In the UK airports are evil!
