What Are Ex-Impulse B1900Ds Doing For QF?

The fate of Impulse's new 717s are well known, replacing QF flights on leisure routes (as well as MEL-HBA).

What has happened to the B1900Ds??? Some still ply their Impulse routings.

However others such as MEL-CBR and some NSW regional routes no longer use the B1900Ds. Where are they? What new routes are they flying? What are QF's plans for them??

AirNZ Link will be receiving 1900Ds from the factory, not ex Impulse aircraft. They are still operated by Impulse and I believe with Qantas' acquisition of the old outback QLD routes from Flight West we could see them operating these routes and it would be ideal for the aircraft as the routes were previously operated by 19 seat J32s. Does anyone know if this is the case?

After checking the schedule from Brisbane to Newcastle a few routes, Brisbane-Gold Coast to Newcastle were being carried out by B1900D.
Also read that some services from Tamworth would be run with B1900D.
Just go through the schedules and find them yourself.

Why fly non stop when you can connect

yeah I know they are straight from the factory, I have all the serial numbers of them, but there is also a rumour Air NZ may need the Impulse 1900Ds as an interim measure because ANZ apparently changed the specifications and Beech need time to refit to new specs...remebering that the first 1900D is in Hamilton, but by now on the original delivery schedule there should be about 3 in service
