I recollect JAL placing an order for 767s and 777s to replace the MD-11 fleet. Has JAL already recieved the first of the ordered 772s? If not when will it commence? Will all the flights with the new 772s be out of NRT to intl destinations?

I think JAL will recieve the first of their I think 6+ ordered 777-200ERs in 2003. As they will be replacing the Md-11s, and are ER versions, they will most likely be flying solely international routes. Certain city pairs that come to mind are NGO-LAX, NRT-DFW, and occasionally NRT-SIN, NRT-ZRH, and NRT/NGO/KIX-LHR I think. Perhaps with the addition of these new aircraft new cities will be added and routes like NGO-LAX could go daily.
