I can't imagine that people who dislike United would also say that the renovations at O'Hare to RCC in B concourse were ugly. I think they are really beautiful. My question is how far will UA go renovations will go? Will they renovate smaller clubs (or even larger ones) too? Laguardia? (which isn't bad in spite of it's age) IAD where there is a big need in some ESPECIALLY the International F lounge) And even more curious ex Presidents clubs. I can think of a few Presidents clubs that are in dire need for a makeover. I'd start with EWR and the giant (but still not big enough) Presidents club at EWR right after security. The one that needs dimmers! Where are club renovations on the to do list at the "soon to be 'World's Leading Airline"?

But while new and modern and beautiful, they don't come close to some of UA's Star Alliance partners like LH or SQ. Nor some of their top competitors like BA.

Does Smisek believe that the United clubs MUST compete?

Last is which airports will we see "Star Alliance Lounges" like LHR, which is new and clean and look like the UA lounges at O'Hare?

The world is missing love, let's use our flights to spread it!
