Future Destinations From SJU?

With B6's rapid expansion at SJU lately I was wondering what destinations can be next? Not only B6 but what about AA, DL, US and Others? Some possible destinations I could maybe see in the future being:

MSY-Though no carrier currently hubs there, there is alot of demand between the two cities and I'd expect a carrier to start it in due time.
BOG- Currently AV has charters to SJU but no regular service. Is there enough demand here? Maybe if not AV LA?
RSW- A possibility, Some good demand, B6 was able to start JAX and that route had limited demand so I think its a possibility.
GRU- If JJ were to start GRU-SJU they'd practically have all of South America at one-stop. I think it could work. Although I do think they have larger priorities in mind.

Thoughts?

It would be great if they could base a few 190's there and fly to smaller airports such as Dominica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Grenada that currently only see monopolistic American Eagle service.

Definitely! With AE's monopoly thats probably the only reason they have the flights. They must do really well for them. Although I think the second B6 comes in with the E190's AE would leavein a second.

I would assume ATL on B6 cannot be far from becoming a reality.

I'm not sure what the local market is on SJUATL but B6 won't make any money. DL will drop the fares to bargain basement prices and fly those 757s into the red until they exit. It don't see it happening.

The fares are going to be high regardless. The local demand is near non-existent and even demand from the mainland is tiny, nessecitating high fares to make up for low load factors.
