Delta's International Planes Configured With PTVs?

I know that Delta 777-200s have PTVs in all classes, but is Delta planning on adding PTVs to their Coach seats on their MD-11s and 767-300ERs? I can't imagine taking a long trip in coach with no PTV. Also on the Delta 767-400s I noticed that they had PTV controls in the coach seats but no PTVs! Are they planning on installing PTVs in their 767-400 seats? Thanks in advance.
