A340 Thrust Reversers?

Hey I just noticed a picture on here of an A340 reversing its thrust and I noticed these redish orange things comming out of each engine, can anyone explain what they are? thanks!

Anyways, I'm guessing those are the thrust deflectors, I believe there are 4 of those on each engine.
