I thought Trans World Airlines was the largest.

I'm not so sure about this...TWA was *once* JFK's largest int'l/domestic carrier but times have changed. They no longer operate many of their int'l routes and have also scaled back at domestic routes.

My vote goes to Delta, with American a close second.

According to the 1/99 OAG Pocket flight Guide, DL has 32 domestic/Carribean departures and TW has 29. This does not include DL Connection or TWExpress Flights. AA however has at least 45 departures, not counting Europe or AA Eagle.

Error (+- 3 or 4 flights)

AA is the largest at jfk with 50+ departures daily. Delta had around 45-50 departures, while TWA has 35 or so.
