I got this from Finnish news, sorry for the rough translation.

"A Finnair A320 bound for London had to make an emergency landing at CPH when they got trouble with one of the engines. The engine shut down 20 min before the landing but they got the plane safely down with one engine.

The aircraft had 67 passengers who were flown to London with other oneworld companies. The aircraft was supposed to leave London at 2000 but the flight was cancelled and the passengers were flown to Helsinki on a scheduled British Airways flight"

Hello I'm back!  Smile

Anyways... it should have been an A321, Finnair only operates A321's to London... and this was the evening flight (AY833)... I was on the morning flight (AY831) which left a couple of hours prior (well OK, 0800 versus 1600). Very interesting though... wonder what the registration was...

Moi,
Kai

It was actually an A320 OH-LXA. I saw it at Copenhagen that day landing at 16.55 local. Afterwards the aircraft was taken to the FLS hangar at CPH for check.

Kind regards
