I have not seen any big changes in the 2011/2012 winter schedule for AA at Miami. MIA-MAD goes back to 1 daily and MIA-LHR goes to 2 daily plus a 3rd nonstop 3 days a week. Was wondering if I was missing something or if the winter schedule is yet to be complete.

Big changes are in JFK where GIG is upgraded to 777 and GRU gets 3 or 4 additional frequencies on B763.

Actually, Belo Horizonte and Brasilia will go daily as of december. Montevideo goes daily as well, although this is seasonal for their summer high season then reverts back to 4 times a week.

There was a post not long ago that highlighted a small number of increases of MIA. I remember because PNS (along with some other Eagle markets) was picking up an additional frequency to MIA this winter.

There was a post a few months ago or so showing all the changes.

I couldn't really understand, are all seasonal increases or just MVD?

Only Mvd is seasonal, the rest are year round service increases.

More JFK-GRU with B763 ? Never heard that ! When it will happen ? We were expecting DFW-GRU to got more 763 frequencies as well as MIA-GRU to be 4x daily weekends and fridays.

AA network to Brazil on W11/12

MIA-GRU 28x weekly (21x 772 + 7x 763)
MIA-GIG 11x weekly 763
DFW-GRU 11x weekly (or 12x) (7x 772 + 4x 763)
MIA-CNF - Daily 763
MIA-BSB - Daily 752
MIA-SSA-REC - Daily 752
JFK-GRU - Daily 772
JFK-GIG - Daily 772
DFW-GIG - 3x weekly 763

So in other words, Sao Paulo 6-7x daily service, Rio de Janeiro 3x daily service. Brasilia / Belo Horizonte / Salvador / Recife - Daily service.

New York + Rio de Janeiro = One of the best combinations !

Will ORD-MIA see any 763s during the winter? From what I've heard, even with the extra seats, ORD-MIA still runs very full.
